Vanessa Williams's Daughter Thrilled Her Mom Will Star On "Hannah Montana"

Los Angeles, CA (CNS) - For kids whose parents are famous stars, not a lot impresses them. When Vanessa Williams's daughter found out her mom was going to play a role on the Disney Channel's "Hannah Montana," she was not only impressed but declared her mom to be an "awesome mom!"

Williams, who stars on the hit show "Ugly Betty," will play Hannah Montana's publicist. Williams said her daughter, 7-year-old Sasha Gabrielle, is into Miley Cyrus' music. Her daughter thought it was the coolest thing in the world that her mom was going to be on "Hannah Montana."

Williams will play Montana's pushy publicist, although no dates have been set. Williams said the deal was so new she hadn't even signed anything yet.
